Flowering Agave, Dallas TX. Agave live to be about 20 years old, then flower spikes, blooming for a few weeks and can grow to over 15 feet tall, produce seeds then the plant dies.

Our house is along a flight path, about half an hour from the DFW Airport. The skies here are fantastic, and when photographing what I thought was just storm clouds, I later noticed that there is a tiny-looking plane in the upper-right. Lewisville, TX
